Refund policy

1. NO REFUNDS

Please note that Lowkey Club does not offer any monetary refunds on purchased items. All sales are final in terms of cash/payment refunds.

2. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Not a sale/discounted item

3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Custom or personalized orders

4. HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Contact us at lowkeysclub.in@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for exchange
• Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
• Preferred size/variant for exchange

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

5. EXCHANGE SHIPPING

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Lowkey Club will ship the exchanged item once the original is received and inspected.
