Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (check current offers on our website).
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
5. DELAYS
Lowkey Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters or strikes
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
6. FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at lowkeysclub.in@gmail.com
